Internal Spermatic Fascia

fascia spermatica interna

The internal spermatic fascia is the innermost of the three coverings of the spermatic cord. It is derived from the transversalis fascia and is picked up by the cord at the deep inguinal ring, so it wraps the ductus deferens, testicular vessels and nerves directly.
